Shipping policy

Orders can be picked up by *retail partners only upon request and by appointment*

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Standard Shipping Processing Times:

  • Orders are generally shipped within the same day if placed before 2:00 pm PST, Monday - Friday.
  • Orders placed Saturday, Sunday or a holiday Monday will be processed on the next business day.
  • We use Standard ground shipping through Fedex
  • Standard transit time  is 2-7 days within the continental USA.   Lead times for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and US territories can take anywhere from 7-14 days.  Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA and will usually arrive the next day within California via ground shipment.  
  • Shipping delays may occur from time to time due to weather conditions, natural disasters and operational issues by the designated carrier.  Unfortunately this is beyond our control.
  • Please use the tracking # emailed with your order confirmation for delivery status or email us at hello@fourtruffles.com if you need further assistance.
  • Order up to $74.99 has Flat rate shipping fee of $10, applies to orders shipping domestically in the United States. 
  • Orders over $74.99 ships free of charge domestically in the United States.
  • 2 Day shipping = $15.00,  arrives 2 business day by end of day
  • Overnight shipping = $25.00, arrives 1 business day by end of day
  • All orders shipped internationally will require VAT/Sales Tax paid by customer.  

Local Delivery

Delivery to retailers may be arranged for a drop ship fee.  Appointments are required and rates will vary.
