We had another great sound bath at SOHO House. This location was everything - so stunning and peaceful and the art was so interesting to look at. We had a chilly breeze, but nothing stops us from having our sound baths!
Using the warm towels, we covered up and laid down on our yoga mats with soothing lavender pillow sachets behind our heads while Kristina Joy took us on a beautiful, relaxing sound journey. Mixing sounds of bowls, beads, and gongs with our purely organic essential oils, we were grounded and at peace.
