We are able to assist most timely and thoroughly via e-mail. However, should you need to speak directly with our customer service representative, please call us.

Shipping and Handling:

Orders placed between 8am and 5pm PST Monday through Friday will be processed within 48 hours and shipped via UPS ground, following credit card authorization.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays will be processed the following business day.

Next day or express shipping is available at an additional charge.

Orders cannot be shipped to rural routes or PO Boxes.

Returns:

Complete customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with a product, please return your order within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returns will be processed within 7 days of arrival at our warehouse. For your protection, we advise that you send returns via Fed Ex, UPS or registered mail.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

If you believe your purchase has been lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible to expedite processing. All lost items will be subject to verification.
